Attention and Intention

Next week I plan to be in the Netherdands. On the weekend of the MuseumNach I'll stay in Amsterdam and then, starting Monday, I'll be the guest of my friends in Den Haag.

On Wednesday, November 11th, between 13:00 h to 16:00 h I'll facilitate a workshop in Instituut Maatschappelijke Innovatie, Leiden, ZUID-HOLLAND, NL. I'm preparing ...

The workshop is called U-TURN, a dive into Theory U. The workshop's objective is to explore the power of Attention and Intention from the view point that is presented by Otto Scharmer in Theory U.

Both, Attention and Intention play significant roles in our performence, argues Otto Scharmer. We all need methods to connect us to our deepest center from which we can deal with the challenges of modern life, and we all seek access to our deepest places within, when conflict and transformation is happening. We all need to travel a U shaped road - first downwards, and only then up.

By paying Attention to the inner voices that block the way to our deeper sources, we gain access to our Open Mind, we can utilize our Open Heart and can operate from our Open Will - our true Intention.

I welcome all participants, and I'm looking forward to exploring these ideas with them.
